Daily Rhema: COOPERATING WITH ANGELS

Hebrew 1:13-14 KJV
But to which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool? Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?

Angels are ministering spirits created and assigned by God to minister to, or serve those of us that are heirs of salvation. Angels can operate both in the physical and spiritual realm, and so act as intermediaries between the two realms (Exo. 23:20-23).

As God’s agents, they bring into physical manifestation the will of God through the prayers and the words of God’s people on the earth.

Psalm 103:20 KJV
Bless the LORD, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.

Cooperating with our angels is very critical because they operate through our prayers and the words we speak.

Speaking words of doubt, fear and strife hinders the operation of our angels, while speaking words of faith, encouragement and love fuels their effective operation. In fact, the Bible says that we should be careful of the words we speak.

Our words affect our angels either positively or negatively, and determine how effectively they bring into physical manifestation the will of God for our lives.

Ecclesiastes 5:6
Suffer not thy mouth to cause thy flesh to sin; neither say thou before the angel, that it was an error: wherefore should God be angry at thy voice, and destroy the work of thine hands?

So we should be diligent in the place of prayer and be watchful of the words we speak.

This will enable us to fully cooperate with the angels who have been given charge over us to bring our inheritance fully into physical manifestation.

Personal Reflection
1. Do I live with an awareness of the unseen spiritual realm and angels assigned to me, and how does that awareness shape my choices and attitudes?
2. Do I speak words of faith, encouragement, and love, or do I often speak words of doubt, fear, and strife that might hinder their operation?
3. How can I be more diligent in prayer and watchful of my words to fully cooperate with my angels and bring God’s will into physical manifestation?
