SHAKING THE HEAVENS

OLUBI JOHNSON

2Corinthians 10:4 AMPC
For the weapons of our warfare are not physical [weapons of flesh and blood], but they are mighty before God for the overthrow and destruction of strongholds,

The shaking of the heavens speaks of a spiritual bombardment of the second heavens (2Cor. 12.2) where Satan and his cohorts (Eph. 6.12) have been operating, to dislodge them from their positions of dominion over the air (Eph. 2.2).

This is happening over Nigeria, and then sequentially (Acts 1.8) over other nations as the Church in these nations also begin to ‘shake’ Satan and his cohorts by intense spiritual warfare through consistent, effectual, fervent prayer in the Spirit with all kinds of prayer and travail, using the whole armour of God, from our superior position in the third heavens (2Cor.12:2) seated with Christ.

Once Satan and his cohorts have been shaken out of their position of dominion in the heavenlies through the consistent, effectual prayer bombardment of the Church, then the Lord Jesus will come in the Church (NOT THE RAPTURE) in His perfection and fulness, in the ‘clouds’ of the FULNESS of the apostolic and prophetic ministry gifts (Eph. 4:8-13).

2Thessalonians 1:10 NKJV ..when He comes, in that Day, to be glorified IN HIS SAINTS and to be admired among all those who believe, because our testimony among you was believed.

Since these things are ALREADY HAPPENING, we should prepare ourselves to experience the full redemption of our bodies (1 Thess. 5.23; 2Cor. 4.10-11) in the perfection and fulness of Christ, with its consequent fulness of the ability of the mind of Christ.

Firstly, by a borrowed anointing, like the five wise virgins (Matt. 25.1-13) who had extra ‘oil’ in their vessels by watching and praying always, and then later, by inheriting the spirit without measure personally (Rom. 8:23; 2Cor. 4:10-11).

Luke 21:28 NKJV
Now when these things begin to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because YOUR REDEMPTION draws near.”

In order to experience this redemption of our physical bodies in this imminent coming of the Lord to His Church, we should get ready by watching and praying always (Mal. 3:1-3; Luk. 21:36).
