Daily Rhema: THE RIGHT HAND OF GOD

Psalms 98:1-3 KJV
Oh, sing to the LORD a new song! For He has done marvellous things; His right hand and His holy arm have gained Him the victory. The LORD has made known His salvation; His righteousness He has revealed in the sight of the nations. He has remembered His mercy and His faithfulness to the house of Israel; All the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.

Here the Scripture tells us that God’s right hand and His holy arm have given Him the victory.

God’s right hand and His holy arm form the intercessory ministry of Christ at God’s right hand, released into the earth through our praying in the spirit (Rom. 8:26-27, 34).

Why do we need God’s right hand?
The sin nature in our minds, wills and emotions hinder us from interceding effectively, so God’s right hand and His righteousness through Christ Jesus brings us salvation and victory (Isa. 59:12-16).

When Joshua went to battle with the supposedly small city of Ai, he initially went without God’s help and failed (Jos. 7:4-5). But with God’s strength and wisdom victory was sure (Jos. 8:1).

The right hand of God and His holy arm will bring about a worldwide revival of the fear of God and salvation to all nations (Isa. 59:17-21).

How then does this right hand and holy arm of God operate?
It operates as we put on the whole armour of God and engage in prayer in the spirit daily (Eph. 6:12-18). Because God is love (1Jn. 4;8), the whole armour of God is actually all of the attitudes of the love of God (1Cor. 13. 4-8).

So by confessing, meditating, praying in the spirit, and practicing the love of God as described in 1Cor. 13. 4-8 daily, one will be putting on the whole armour of God. With this armour in place, our prayers will be effective and the right hand and holy arm of God will give us the victory, so bringing about a worldwide revival in this season.
